Clear the cache on supported mobile browsers

Clearing your browser cache fixes a variety of issues that can occur with mobile webpages including pages repeatedly loading or lagging, sign in problems, and images or videos not loading.

Safari for iOS

  1. Launch the iOS Settings app.
  2. Tap Safari.
  3. Tap Clear History and Website Data.

Chrome for iOS

  1. Launch the Chrome app.
  2. Tap the Menu icon data-cke-saved-src= | tap Settings.
  3. Tap History.
  4. Tap Clear Browsing Data.
  5. Select Cached images and files and Cookies, Site Data.
  6. Tap Clear Browsing Data.

Firefox for Android

  1. Launch the Firefox app.

  3. Tap Clear private data.
  4. Select Cache and Cookies & active logins.
  5. Tap Clear data.
