We receive our televised content from our content provider, Channel 7. If you have an inquiry regarding when a TV show will be available on Yahoo7, please contact Channel 7 directly at their website. Be sure to include as much information as possible.

Contacting Channel 7 with a formal complaint

Formal complaints must be entered within 30 days of the relevant broadcast. There are three methods for lodging a formal complaint in relation to something you've seen or heard on the Seven Network, you must either:

If your complaint relates to a matter covered by the Commercial Television Industry Code of Practice, the network is required to investigate your complaint and provide you with a substantive written response within 30 working days.

 Please note – A copy of the Commercial Television Industry Code of Practice can be obtained from Free TV Australia.

Include the following info on your complaint

  • The date, time, and location of the broadcast
  • The name of the program
  • Reason for your concern
  • Your name and address
