Make Yahoo7 your homepage

Your browser "homepage" is the webpage you see each time you open a new browser window. To set Yahoo7 as your homepage, follow the instructions for your specific browser type.

Yahoo7 supported browsers

Firefox

  1. Click the Tools icon Three horizontal lines | select Options.
  2. Click the General tab.
  3. Under "Startup," enter https://au.yahoo.com/ in the Home page field.
  4. Click OK.

Chrome

  1. Click the Settings icon Three horizontal lines | select Settings.
  2. Under "On startup," select Open a specific page or set of pages.
  3. Click Set pages.
    - The "Startup pages" window appears.
  4. Enter https://au.yahoo.com/ in the Add a new page field.
  5. Click OK.
    -The "Startup pages" window closes.
  6. Close the "Settings" tab.

Safari

  1. Click Safari | select Preferences.
  2. Click the General tab.
  3. Select Homepage from the New windows open with field.
  4. Select Homepage from the New tabs open with field.
  5. Enter https://au.yahoo.com/ in the Home page field.
  6. Close the "Preferences" window.

Microsoft Internet Explorer

  1. Click the Settings icon Tools menu icon | select Internet Options.
  2. Click the General tab.
  3. Under "Startup," enter https://au.yahoo.com/ in the Home page field.
  4. Click Apply.
  5. Click OK.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Click the More icon Image of the More icon in Microsoft Edge. | select Settings.
  2. Under "Open Microsoft Edge with," select A specific page or pages.
  3. Enter https://au.yahoo.com/ in the "Enter a URL" field.
  4. Click the Save icon Image of the Microsoft Edge Save icon..
  5. Go down and click View advanced settings.
  6. Turn "Show the home button" on.
  7. Select A specific page from the drop-down menu.
  8. Enter https://au.yahoo.com/ in the "Enter a URL" field.
  9. Click the Save icon Image of the Microsoft Edge Save icon..

  Warning: If your homepage changes and you didn't change the setting, check for and remove any spyware or adware on your computer, immediately.
